MorphFlux Inc. has partnered with SRM University and launched the "MorphFlux Design Hub" on the university's Andhra Pradesh campus as a dedicated base for next-generation CAD modeling and AI development.
Purpose of the partnership
The establishment of this hub creates a strong practical pipeline to help address the severe engineering talent shortage facing Japanese manufacturing, particularly the resource bottlenecks affecting day-to-day operations.
India produces approximately 1.5 million engineers each year. Through this initiative, MorphFlux will identify elite talent specialized in 3D CAD operations and build a framework capable of meeting the strict quality standards required by Japanese manufacturers.
By partnering with SRM University, we will accelerate the development and deployment of highly capable talent who can directly support manufacturing teams in Japan.

Building on this new hub, MorphFlux will fully scale its secure 3D modeling BPO offering, combining exceptional cost performance with an environment designed to eliminate information leakage risk.
