Kazuki Maekoba | Co-Founder / CEO

My career began in the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. The discipline, responsibility, and pride I gained there still define my work.

After moving into global business environments, I became even more convinced of the strength of Japanese manufacturing, while also hearing repeated warnings from the field about labor shortages and aging workforces. I cannot watch that capability fade.

Japan once led the world through hardware excellence; today we face software-era pressure. I believe the next era will be a full fusion of advanced software and advanced hardware.

Until that moment arrives, we will help keep Japan's engineering flame alive and elevate it further by combining Indian talent with cutting-edge AI.
